When will my order arrive?
As a young start-up that offers the highest quality craftsmanship and produces each order individually, the current delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks .

Does it work without USB-C power?
Humidipot currently requires a power cable, which is included, as well as a USB adapter. However, our upcoming model will feature a built-in battery for wireless operation.
Is Humidipot a self-watering plant pot?
Humidipot® is not a self-watering plant pot. Instead, it features an innovative humidification system that increases the humidity around the plant. This supports plant health, reduces the need for watering, and creates an optimal microclimate – for both plants and people.
How is the concrete used in the humidipot environmentally friendly?
The calcium sulfoaluminate cement used for the humidipot is more environmentally friendly and causes significantly lower CO₂ emissions compared to conventional concrete.
